Don't overpay for getting paid
Most stores pick a payment processor once and never look back. A waste: rates are negotiable, payment methods drive your conversion, and the wrong setup costs revenue. We are independent, we work for you — and if you need a processor contract or merchant account, we arrange it.
We get you approved — processor contracts and MIDs
Whether you need your first processor, a second one for redundancy, or a dedicated merchant ID for better rates and more control: we run the whole process. Shortlist, application, underwriting file, follow-up questions, go-live.
Processor onboarding
Accounts with Stripe, Adyen, Square, Braintree/PayPal or Authorize.net — the application prepared in one go, so approval is fast.
Dedicated MIDs
At higher volumes a dedicated merchant ID often beats an aggregated account: interchange-plus rates, your own processing history, fewer sudden holds. We arrange the acquirer relationship.
High-risk placement
Supplements, CBD, coaching, travel, digital goods, dropshipping: we know which acquirers actually accept your industry — and prepare the file the way their underwriting team wants it.
From processor choice to conversion
Processor selection & negotiation
A comparison based on your transaction mix — flat rate versus interchange-plus — and then we negotiate the rate your volume deserves.
Payment method advice
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo, ACH, and BNPL (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm): the right mix stops customers from dropping off at checkout.
Checkout conversion audit
On average around seventy percent of carts are abandoned — and the payment step is a leading cause. We audit your checkout and name what demonstrably costs conversion.
Migration support
Switch processors without losing revenue: parallel setup, checkout change, and migration of stored cards and subscriptions.
Subscriptions & billing
Recurring billing set up properly: fewer failed charges, smart retry and dunning flows, lower involuntary churn.
Annual rate check
Included in every plan: once a year we put your rates against the market. Renegotiate, switch, or stay — you decide with the numbers on the table.
Our advice is not for sale
We receive no commission from processors. The advice you get is based on your numbers: transaction mix, volume, industries and risk profile. Sometimes the conclusion is simply "stay where you are, but renegotiate this rate." Then that is the advice you get.
Frequently asked questions
Can you arrange a merchant account (MID) for us?
Yes. We select the processor or acquirer that fits your industry and transaction mix, prepare the full application — company documents, ownership details, activity description, processing history — and manage underwriting until you are approved. Where a dedicated merchant ID beats an aggregated account (higher volumes, more control, better rates), we arrange that instead.
Our industry keeps getting rejected by processors. Can you help?
Often, yes. Rejections usually come from an incomplete file or from an industry that processors label as high risk — supplements, CBD, coaching, travel, digital goods, dropshipping. We know which acquirers actually accept which industries, prepare the application the way the underwriting team wants to see it, and are upfront with you when a sector is genuinely not placeable.
Is flat-rate pricing (2.9% + 30¢) bad?
Not at the start — it is simple and predictable. But above roughly $30–50k per month in card volume, interchange-plus pricing usually wins, often by thousands of dollars a year. The free payments cost scan calculates the crossover point for your specific mix.
Is switching processors a lot of work?
Less than you would think — if it is prepared well. We handle the onboarding with the new processor, the checkout change, and run both in parallel during the transition. For subscriptions we also migrate stored cards and mandates. Your store keeps selling throughout.
Do you work for a specific processor?
No. We receive no commission or kickbacks from processors. Our advice is based on your transaction mix and your numbers, not on a partner deal. If that ever changes, we will state it here and in every report explicitly.
Curious how much you overpay in processing fees?
Send us your latest processor statement and transaction mix. Within three business days you get a report with your savings potential. Free, no strings attached — you get the report even if you never become a client.
